YTSavePro does not host, store, or distribute any video content. We provide a technical interface to access publicly available content. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a takedown notice, send the following to our DMCA agent:

1. Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. Good faith belief statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
6. Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

DMCA Agent

We respond to valid notices within 5 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of blocking access for repeat infringers per 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
